Galatasaray has been given advice by former Kasimpasa manager Onder Ozen regarding their transfer plans. Ozen suggested that if the club is unable to sign Victor Osimhen permanently, they should consider bringing in Evann Guessand, a striker who currently plays for French club Nice.
Victor Osimhen recently completed a loan spell at Galatasaray, and his next move remains uncertain. He has not yet decided whether he will return to the club or join another team.
The Nigerian forward has attracted interest from several top clubs. Reports say Juventus, Al Hilal, and some Premier League sides are all keeping an eye on him during this summer’s transfer window.
Speaking on the Vole YouTube channel, Ozen said that in case Galatasaray cannot bring Osimhen back, they should go after Evann Guessand. He believes the young striker could be a good replacement for the team.
Ozen also mentioned that Guessand would be a smart long-term investment. The Nice forward has already been chosen for the Ivory Coast national team, which shows he has strong potential to grow.
Osimhen made a big impact during his time at Galatasaray. He scored 37 goals in all competitions last season, becoming a key player for the club.
His performances helped Galatasaray win both the Turkish Cup and the Turkish Super Lig. Because of this, the club is very interested in keeping him as part of the team.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has said that Osimhen has many offers from different clubs. The final decision will be up to the player as he chooses his next destination.
