I used to be womanizer – Actor Daniel Etim-Effiong

Daniel Etim-Effiong, a well-known Nollywood actor, recently revealed that he used to be a womanizer. However, he said it only lasted for a short time in his life.

In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Daniel, who trained as an engineer before becoming an actor, talked about dating several women at the same time. He said this was part of his learning process.

Daniel also shared that he often tells young people to avoid being womanizers because it can harm their future relationships and marriages. He warned that it can be hard to stop once you get used to it.

When Chude asked if Daniel was a womanizer before marriage, he said it depends on how you define the word.

Chude explained a womanizer is a man who dates many women at once.

Daniel replied that maybe there was a time in his life when he was like that. He said it didn’t last long but happened during certain periods.

Chude then asked if those times were good for him.

Daniel said yes, those were times when he learned a lot. If he gained lessons from it, then they were good times.

When asked what he learned, Daniel said he found out that some things don’t bring the happiness you expect. What seems fun on paper may not feel the same in real life.

He said he tells young people that being a player might seem cool, but if it becomes a habit, it’s not easy to stop.

Daniel advised people not to start a lifestyle they don’t want to keep for life. If you can’t commit to one person and keep jumping from one relationship to another, that won’t change after marriage.

He explained that if you are used to leaving when problems come up or keeping different women at the same time, this habit will likely continue after marriage.

He added that if you often walk away or talk to many women at once before marriage, marriage will not change that behavior.
