Nigerian music star Davido has reacted strongly to Nollywood actress Sarah Martins after she made a long post about his recent restaurant campaign.

Sarah shared a picture of Davido’s wife, Chioma, and said she thought Davido should have launched the restaurant campaign in Chioma’s name. She said Chioma is known for her cooking skills and suggested a name like “5ive Star Restaurant by Chef Chi.”

She explained that her post came from love and admiration for Davido. As a big fan, she said she always hoped Davido would open a restaurant for Chioma instead of doing one under his own name.

However, Davido didn’t see it the same way. He found the post offensive.

He didn’t hold back. In a comment, Davido wrote:
“U no get sense… no restaurant was opened that was a promotional campaign with @foodcourt_app for my album.. now take my wife’s picture off page.”

His response quickly went viral. Many fans praised Davido for standing up for his wife and clearing up the confusion. He made it clear the campaign was for promotion, not a real restaurant opening.
