A big political meeting turned messy when delegates from Jigawa State caused a disturbance. The meeting was attended by well-known leaders like Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Rotimi Amaechi.

The event was held at the Abuja Continental Hotel and was organized by the National Political Consultative Group (North). It was supposed to be a peaceful gathering to discuss important political matters.

Trouble started when Babachir Lawal, who once served as Secretary to the Government of the Federation, announced a delegate to represent Jigawa State. This decision upset the Jigawa delegates who felt they were not properly included or represented.

Because of this, the Jigawa delegates protested loudly, causing the meeting to become chaotic and tense.
