A serious fight ended in tragedy when a man threw his girlfriend off a third-floor balcony, killing her. The fight started after the woman threw his belongings off the balcony during their argument.
According to the police in San Diego, 61-year-old Irene Williams and her boyfriend, 57-year-old Albert Turner, had been together for a while. On the evening of May 12, they argued in their apartment. During the argument, Irene threw Albert’s things off the balcony.
In response, Albert grabbed Irene and threw her over the balcony railing. She fell to the ground below and was badly hurt.
Neighbors saw what happened and called the police at 7:21 p.m. When officers arrived, they found Irene with serious injuries, including a broken leg and head trauma. She was taken to the hospital but sadly died later.
Albert Turner was arrested and charged with murder. He also faced charges for having a gun illegally and breaking probation rules. Right now, he is being held in jail without bail.
