Atletico Madrid has now entered the race to sign Ademola Lookman, the talented winger from Atalanta.

Lookman is expected to leave Atalanta at the end of this season, even though he has two more years left on his contract.

Atalanta is open to selling the Nigerian player for €60 million.

Spanish newspaper Marca reports that Atletico Madrid has already started talks with Lookman’s agents.

However, Diego Simeone’s team is looking for a way to lower the asking price.

This season, Lookman has been impressive for Atalanta, scoring 18 goals and assisting 7 in 37 matches across all competitions.
