Elon Musk says he’s paid his alleged babymama Ashley St. Clair $2.5 million despite not being sure he is the father of her child

Elon Musk has spoken out after conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair accused him of cutting child support payments for their alleged son.

Musk posted on X (formerly Twitter), saying he has given St. Clair $2.5 million and continues to send $500,000 per year for the child’s care, even though paternity has not been confirmed.

I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed.

Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.

“I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed,” Musk wrote.

His response comes after St. Clair was seen selling her Tesla, worth around $100,000, claiming she needed the money because Musk reduced child support by 60%.

I’m selling it because I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she told reporters. She also hinted at financial struggles, saying, “You can check the stocks, I’m not the only one cleaning up after his messes.

St. Clair has previously taken legal action, seeking sole custody of the child. She claims Musk has only met their son three times and has played no role in his upbringing. According to her, he was not present at the birth and has never publicly acknowledged the child.

Their last conversation reportedly happened on February 13, just a day before St. Clair went public with her accusations. “I don’t know why the richest man in the world would do this,” she said, adding, “That’s his usual way of handling things when women speak out.”
