Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has shared details about his family’s income, expenses, and assets for 2024. The information was made public by the Presidential Office on March 30 as part of Ukraine’s efforts to fight corruption.

According to the report, Zelenskyy’s family earned a total of 15.3 million hryvnias ($368,556) in 2024. This includes 8.6 million hryvnias ($207,000) from selling government bonds.

His income also came from his presidential salary, bank interest, and rent from private properties. Compared to 2023, when he earned $316,700, his earnings increased slightly in 2024. The Presidential Office explained that this rise was due to the return of full rental payments.

“There were no other significant changes in the assets, real estate, or vehicles of the President’s family last year,” the information noted.
 

Ukraine introduced mandatory electronic asset declarations for public officials in 2014 to ensure transparency. However, this process was paused in 2022 after Russia’s invasion. It resumed in October 2023 when Zelenskyy signed a law bringing back the declarations.

By revealing his financial details, Zelenskyy continues to support Ukraine’s commitment to transparency and accountability.
