Ukraine president Zelensky says ‘Putin will die soon’ and vows ‘it will come to an end’

Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has made a strong statement about Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying that he “will not last long” and that the war will soon come to an end. His comments came during an interview in Paris after meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.

Zelensky’s remark adds to ongoing rumors about Putin’s health. For years, people have speculated that the 72-year-old Russian leader is unwell. Many believe he has serious health problems, including cancer or Parkinson’s disease. His recent appearances, showing a swollen face, twitching legs, and bloodshot eyes, have only fueled these rumors.

In 2022, Putin was seen gripping a table tightly and slurring his speech during a meeting with his former Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu. Reports also mention that he coughs frequently and has uncontrolled hand and foot movements.

Aside from discussing Putin’s health, Zelensky also warned about Russia’s influence in the European Union. He accused Putin of trying to “hit the EU from within” by working with Russian-friendly countries like Hungary.

Zelensky remains confident that the war will end soon and that Russia’s influence in Europe will weaken. However, there is still no confirmed information about Putin’s health, and the war in Ukraine continues.
