Miracles in Nigerian churches are choreographed – Daddy Freeze

Media personality Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, has questioned the authenticity of miracles in Nigerian Pentecostal churches. He believes that these miracles are staged and meant to deceive people.

Speaking on the Outside The Box podcast, Daddy Freeze made it clear that he does not believe in the miracles performed in Nigerian churches. He stressed that while Jesus performed well-documented miracles in the Bible, no Nigerian pastor has done anything similar for a well-known public figure

According to Daddy Freeze, Jesus healed a man with a withered hand in the temple, raised Lazarus from the dead, and gave sight to blind Bartimaeus. These were people known by many, and their conditions were public knowledge.

However, he argued that Nigerian pastors have not healed any prominent people with serious health issues.

Daddy Freeze pointed out that many well-known Nigerians, such as Dora Akunyili, who battled cancer, and Mr Ibu, who suffered severe health problems, did not receive miraculous healing despite being prayed for by top pastors. He questioned why, if miracles in Nigerian churches are real, these people were not saved.

Daddy Freeze does not doubt the power of faith, but he insists that he needs clear proof before believing in church miracles. His views have sparked discussions among Nigerians.
