Speaking at the Ministerial Press Briefing in Abuja on March 20, he highlighted the government’s efforts to improve national security while making life easier for Nigerians.

Tunji-Ojo also revealed that the government has set up a modern border control centre for the Nigeria Immigration Service, a visa issuance centre, and a system to centralize passport processing. With these measures, he emphasized that criminals would have no way of entering Nigeria undetected.

The minister reassured Nigerians that these developments will strengthen national security while ensuring efficient immigration services.

This is a government that understands security.

No wanted persons in the world can enter Nigeria without being apprehended.

That is why the government came up with peculiar allowances, provided equipment and insurance for officers.
