NBA: Steph Curry makes history in Denver Nuggets vs Golden State Warriors game

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry made NBA history on Monday night during their game against the Denver Nuggets. The 37-year-old point guard passed Tiny Archibald to claim the 29th spot on the NBA’s all-time assists list.

Curry is well known for his incredible shooting skills, but he is also one of the league’s best playmakers. During the game, he recorded 13 points, two rebounds, four assists, and two steals. He shot 5-for-16 from the field in his first 23 minutes on the court.

Before this game, Curry had been averaging 24.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 1.1 steals per game this season. His shooting percentages stood at 44.7% from the field and 39.6% from three-point range over 58 games.

Despite Curry’s historic milestone, the Warriors lost the game 105-114 to the Nuggets at Chase Center. The Nuggets now hold third place in the NBA standings with 43 wins and 25 losses, while the Warriors sit in sixth place with 39 wins and 28 losses.
