The eight teams that will compete in this season’s Champions League quarter-finals have been confirmed. After exciting matches, the knockout stage is now set with top clubs advancing to the next round.
On Wednesday night, four more teams secured their spots:

- Atletico Madrid
They will join the four teams that qualified earlier:
- Barcelona
- Paris Saint-Germain (PSG)
- Inter Milan
- Bayern Munich
Arsenal had a big 7-1 win against PSV, making their qualification almost certain. In their second-leg match, they drew 2-2 at the Emirates Stadium, sealing their place in the quarter-finals.
Aston Villa played an impressive match against Club Brugge. They won 3-0 at home, finishing with a 5-1 aggregate victory to move forward.
Borussia Dortmund had a tough match in France but managed to beat Lille 2-1. With this result, they progressed with a 3-2 aggregate score.
Atletico Madrid faced Real Madrid in a thrilling encounter. They won 1-0 on the night, but since the aggregate score was tied, the match went to a penalty shootout. Atletico held their nerve and won 4-2 on penalties.
