PDP seeks Senator Natasha’s reinstatement, accuses Akpabio of cover-up

Sporting Lagos head coach, Shola Adegun, has confirmed plans to sign new players before the second half of the season begins. He wants to strengthen the squad after injuries disrupted their performance.

Sporting Lagos finished the first half of the season in fifth place in Conference B with 14 points. However, Adegun admitted that injuries made it difficult for the team to stay consistent.

“We realized our squad is a bit small, and when some players got injured, it affected our balance,” Adegun told Sporting Lagos media.

To address this challenge, Adegun and his team are searching for quality players who can improve the squad.

We are looking to add more players, but we also want to make sure they bring quality to the team. Hopefully, we can sign one or two before the league resumes,” he added.

Sporting Lagos fans will be eager to see which new players join the team as they prepare for the second half of the season. With fresh signings, the club hopes to perform even better in the upcoming matches.
