Talent manager Soso Soberekon has shared why Peter Okoye, one-half of the former P-Square group, allegedly refused to settle his dispute with his twin brother, Paul Okoye.
During an Instagram Live chat with media personality Daddy Freeze, Soso revealed that several influential people had tried to bring the brothers back together.
He mentioned former President Goodluck Jonathan, Patience Jonathan, Peter Obi, Emeka Offor, and Obioma Liyel Imoke, among others. He also heard that billionaire businessman Dangote might have intervened, though he was not sure.
Despite these efforts, the brothers remain at odds. According to Soso, Peter Okoye allegedly said he was not happy with how Peter Obi handled the reconciliation.
The Okoye brothers—Peter, Paul, and their older brother Jude—have been in conflict for years due to issues related to their music career. Their dispute has even led to legal battles, including a case with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
