The family of Nigerian music star, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface or Tubaba, has reported him missing. They have also called on the Department of State Services (DSS) to help find him.
According to his family, Tuface left home on February 10, wearing his lounge clothes and without his bodyguard.
They initially thought he was just going for a short walk, but he never returned.
His absence has raised concerns, especially as some of his friends claim they received messages from him asking for financial assistance.
The family finds this strange because Tuface is financially stable and does not need to beg for money.
They also mentioned that Tuface is usually dedicated to his music and often spends time in the studio, but he has not been seen working in recent days. This has made them even more worried.
Despite these concerns, videos of Tuface have surfaced on social media. One clip shows him proposing to Natasha Irobosa Osawaru, a lawmaker from Edo State.
After the proposal, Tuface’s mother, Rose Idibia, released a video pleading with Osawaru to “free” her son.
The Idibia family has now filed an official petition, urging the authorities to investigate and help find the singer.
