Kelechi Iheanacho Joins Middlesbrough On Loan From Sevilla

Nigerian footballer Kelechi Iheanacho has signed for Middlesbrough on loan for the rest of the season.

The 28-year-old striker moved from Spanish club Sevilla to the Sky Bet Championship side.

Iheanacho joined Sevilla on a free transfer last summer but scored only three goals in 11 matches.

Now, he returns to England, where he previously played for Manchester City and Leicester City.

The forward began his career at Manchester City as an 18-year-old and won the League Cup before moving to Leicester in 2017.

His experience will be valuable for Middlesbrough as they push for success in the Championship.
