Nigerian singer Ahmedu Obiabo, popularly known as Blackface, has shared his thoughts on the ongoing separation between his former bandmate, Innocent Idibia (2Baba), and Annie Macaulay.

Blackface took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to write an open letter addressing the couple’s divorce. In his post, the 51-year-old musician encouraged both 2Baba and Annie to handle the situation with maturity and respect, no matter what they are going through.

“I bid to you both good tidings Mr & Mrs Idibia. I am reaching out to you guys in this time to remind us to show decorum and be civil with whatever proceedings you may be going through.

As role models, we should always set good examples for this generation to emulate, and the older generations to be proud l.
