The FCT Police have arrested a notorious gang led by Abubakar Idris, also known as Nishi, for the murder of a businessman, Ibrahim Danfulani. The incident occurred on November 27, 2024, and was driven by a love rivalry.
According to the police, Nishi was upset when he learned that Ibrahim planned to marry a woman he had financially supported for a long time. This frustration led Nishi, along with his accomplices Buhari Saidu and Musa Ahmadu Suleiman, to attack Ibrahim. Armed with knives, they brutally assaulted the businessman, ultimately causing his death.
As part of their crime, the gang stole 18 cows from Ibrahim as a form of compensation for what they believed was Nishi’s financial loss.
