The Lagos State Government has taken another step to improve housing with the launch of the Odonla-Odogunyan Housing Estate project. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu officially signed off on this collaborative initiative between the state government and Access Bank Plc.
This ambitious project spans 9.98 hectares and will feature 704 modern 2-bedroom apartments distributed across 44 blocks. The estate is not just about providing homes; it is designed to offer a complete living experience with modern amenities. Residents will enjoy facilities such as a cinema, a playground, a water treatment plant, and well-constructed road networks, ensuring convenience and comfort.
Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the importance of enhancing residents’ living standards. “We’re not just building homes. We are focused on creating a better living experience for our people,” he said.
