Rapper T.I. has filed a defamation lawsuit against Sabrina Peterson, marking another chapter in their ongoing legal battle. This comes more than three years after Peterson accused T.I. of shocking behavior, including pointing a gun at her head.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, T.I. stated that he and his family distanced themselves from Peterson, believing she was not a positive influence. He claims that after this, Peterson became obsessed with him and his family, using social media to harass and threaten them.
T.I. insists Peterson’s allegations are false and baseless, arguing that they were made with the intention of damaging his reputation. The rapper says these claims have caused significant harm to him, and he is now seeking damages.
T.I. also alleges that Peterson’s online behavior has targeted others, some of whom have taken legal action to protect themselves.
This lawsuit is part of a long-running feud between the two. In 2021, Peterson sued T.I. and his wife, Tiny, for defamation, claiming they tarnished her reputation after she publicly accused T.I. of holding a gun to her head. She also alleged that the couple had drugged and sexually abused women. T.I. and Tiny have strongly denied these accusations, with their lawyer calling the claims part of “a sordid shakedown campaign.”
With this new lawsuit, T.I. aims to address what he says are Peterson’s harmful and false allegations. The legal fight between the two continues to escalate.
