On Tuesday, a bomb explosion shook the International Market in Orlu, Imo State, leaving two people dead and several others injured. The Imo State Police Command reported that the explosion came from an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), which was set up by two individuals who were killed in the blast.
The police spokesperson, ASP Henry Okoye, confirmed that the explosion caused panic as people rushed to escape, leading to more injuries. Authorities are actively investigating the incident to uncover what exactly happened.
