A Nigerian lady recently found herself at the center of a heated social media controversy after a tweet she posted went viral for all the wrong reasons. The woman, known by her Twitter handle @pelumiiige_, had shared a tweet that labeled men as “potential rapists.” However, the conversation quickly shifted when several users accused her of selling explicit photos on Snapchat for ₦45,000.
One Twitter user, identified as Ray, shared screenshots claiming he had paid ₦45,000 for her nude photos back in November 2024. He wrote, “I paid 45k for your nude pictures… still got everything here.” Soon after, other users joined in, accusing her of hypocrisy, as she had condemned men in her tweet while allegedly engaging in these activities herself.
The backlash intensified when more users called her out. One tweet read, “You accused someone of rape because he moaned to the nudes you sent, knowing full well you’re selling them.” Another user suggested she was trying to gain
