Sean “Diddy” Combs has been mentioned 77 times in newly released court documents related to the murder of Tupac Shakur. These documents are part of the ongoing case against Duane “Keffe D” Davis, who is charged with the 1996 drive-by shooting that killed Shakur in Las Vegas.
Davis, who has previously claimed to be the mastermind behind Shakur’s murder, suggested in a 2009 interview that Diddy offered a $1 million bribe to have Shakur killed. Although Diddy is not currently a suspect, Davis’ accusations have resurfaced in the legal battle.
The documents reveal that Davis alleged Diddy was motivated by a desire to get revenge against Suge Knight, the co-founder of Death Row Records and a key figure in Shakur’s life. Davis claimed that Diddy was terrified of Knight and willing to pay anything to have him eliminated.
These new revelations have influenced the legal proceedings, with prosecutors using Davis’ claims to argue against his bail. Despite the serious nature of the accusations, Diddy’s role in the murder remains unclear and unconfirmed.
