Nasarawa Youth Empowerment Agency (NAYEA) recently transferred Dauda Mohammed, a suspect in the burglary of mosques in Lafia, to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) for further investigation. Alongside Mohammed, three other suspects who bought the stolen goods were also handed over.
This transfer took place on Friday, led by Alhaji Abdullahi Bala Likita, the General Manager of NAYEA. Likita reiterated the agency’s commitment to working with security agencies to keep Nasarawa State safe and crime-free.
“We are committed to ensuring the safety of all Nasarawa citizens,” said Likita. “We will continue to strive to prevent crime and ensure justice.”
