The Secret Service has killed the man who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump on Saturday, July 13.
The shooter, a Chinese man, was positioned as a sniper hundreds of yards from Trump’s podium in Butler, Pennsylvania, where Trump was speaking to a campaign audience.
As Trump addressed his supporters, gunshots were heard. Trump touched his right ear before Secret Service agents tackled him to the ground.
Moments later, Trump stood up and told his security team to “wait” before raising his fist and shouting “fight” to the stunned crowd.
